Quality Assurance Officer:

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the clinical quality of service delivery in our franchised outlets. Reporting to the Clinical Quality Assurance Manager, you will be based in Accra with travel required to other regions of Ghana. Your responsibilities will include training franchisees, implementing quality surveys and checks, monitoring and supporting franchisees based on MSI-MDT/GHS clinical and health provision standards, and more. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and/or Midwifery, a valid license to practice in Ghana, and at least 3 years of experience as a Midwife are required for this role.

Social Franchise Field Officer:

Join us as a Social Franchise Field Officer and contribute to our mission of expanding access to healthcare services. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, supporting, and supervising franchisees. Your role will involve identifying and mapping healthcare professionals, monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality service delivery, implementing intervention strategies, and collaborating with government officials and community leaders. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or a Diploma in Business Management/Administration, along with at least 3 years of post-degree work experience, are required for this position.
