Our established hotel is seeking a dedicated HR and Administration Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and continued growth of our organization. As the HR and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring HR trends throughout the organization and providing valuable insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws/regulations to hotel managers and staff. Additionally, you will be instrumental in planning HR and administration activities annually, aligning them with organizational goals.

Recruitment, employee retention, employee relations, and reward and absence management will be key areas of focus for you. You will provide support to hotel managers in these areas, ensuring the hiring and retention of top talent and fostering positive employee relations. Managing onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures will also fall under your responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition for employees throughout their journey with the hotel.

Compliance with company policies and procedures is of utmost importance, and as the HR and Administration Manager, you will ensure full adherence. You will establish and improve administrative processes to effectively support the daily operations of the business. Your role will also involve being a focal point for addressing key administrative issues, providing timely and efficient resolutions.

To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of a first degree in HR Management or General Business Administration. Professional training and membership in an HR Professional Body such as the Chartered Institute of HRM Practitioners would be desirable. With at least five years of working experience in HR and Administration practice, including three years in managerial roles, you will bring valuable expertise to the position.
