Are you a talented finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Accra? We are currently hiring a Supervisory Contractor in Financial Planning & Budgeting to join our team. As a Supervisory Contractor, you will play a vital role in enhancing decision making by providing financial planning support. Working closely with our Manager of Financial Planning & Budgeting, you will ensure that our objectives are met within the framework of our defined policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including maintaining adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined roles and responsibilities for the forecasting process. You will generate periodic forecasts according to the organization’s schedule and contribute to the preparation of operation budgets and expense projections. Additionally, you will assist with strategic and financial planning initiatives and help design and maintain financial modeling systems.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in the Telecom Finance function will be considered a plus. Additionally, knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and proficiency in using ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools are essential.
