JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Project Manager – the project manager is expected to oversee and coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time.

• The project manager must be professional and organized
• Must be skilled with Google workspace (Slide, drive, sheets etc.)
• Ability to work across timezones
• Knowledge in Pop culture/Music

Social Media Manager – the ideal candidate must oversee rain, interactions on Instagram/twitter by implementing social media platforms content strategies.

• Pop culture savvy- especially in Africa
• Can identify trends
• Skilled in engagement data analysis
• Acquainted with Canva, Planoly or other scheduling apps
• Can work across timezones
• Plan digital campaigns to build online community.

Creative writer – the main role of the creative writer is to write content for rain. website.

The ideal candidate must be

• Pop/Music culture savvy-especially Africa
• Good storytelling skills
• Can Identify trends
• Skilled with WordPress and google workspace
• Can work across timezones.
