Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the acquisition of new clients interested in purchasing, selling, or renting a property.
• Showing properties to potential buyers and renters, providing them with valuable information.
• Supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team.
• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures, and providing regular reports.
• Staying informed on the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.

Qualification Required & Experience:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
