Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all necessary ingredients, cutlery, and items are stocked before the bar or restaurant opens.
• Completing all pre-preparations before the bar opens.
• Taking orders from customers and serving drinks and food promptly and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages and requesting age proofs when necessary.
• Keeping the bar counter and surrounding area clean and tidy, disposing of used plates and debris.
• Politely offering customers repeat drinks when appropriate.
• Alerting security or bouncers in case of any disturbances or undesirable incidents.
• Preparing bills for customers and processing payments, including credit or debit card transactions.
• Conducting inventory checks and ensuring the area is thoroughly cleaned before leaving.
• Providing guidance and support to junior attendants and assisting in their training.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in mixology and knowledge of coffee beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to instruct and motivate others.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early, late shifts, and weekends.
• High School Diploma with additional training in bar tending or a related field.
