Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and data management? We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Officer to join our team in Accra. As the Data Entry Officer, you will play a crucial role in gathering, collating, and preparing documents and information for data entry. Your responsibilities will include conducting research to obtain missing information, creating digital documents, and ensuring the accuracy of all data. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining databases, performing data backups, and generating data reports and spreadsheets as needed. Additionally, you will handle various clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and printing to support our team.

Qualification Required & Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data entry or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management and information analysis.
• Proficiency in computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• A minimum of a diploma in a relevant field.
