A leading rural bank in the Eastern Region is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Operational Staff.

Qualification Required & Experience:

To be considered for the Operational Staff position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, banking and finance, or other social science programs. Alternatively, possess an equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, etc.
• Relevant experience in any banking operational role will be an added advantage.

Competencies & Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following competencies and skills:

• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of T24 banking software will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and attentive to details.
• Good numeracy and coordination skills.
