Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective support to the bank in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support for the effective and efficient operations of the bank.
• Handle customers’ financial transactions.
• Address customers’ inquiries regarding their financial transactions.
• Educate customers on the products and services offered by the bank.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications Required:

• Applicants must possess an HND in Accounting or any other relevant discipline.
• University Diploma or DBS in Accounting or its equivalent.

Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated high level of integrity, competence, and confidentiality.

Location: Eastern Region
