Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Converting paper documents or dictations into digital formats.
• Thoroughly reviewing all documents and data for accuracy, promptly reporting any errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
• Accurately entering data into digital databases and performing regular backups to ensure data integrity.
• Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
• Continuously monitoring and reviewing databases to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed to support various business operations.
