Are you passionate about promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance? Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), the Ghana Chapter of Transparency International and the leading anti-corruption Civil Society Organization (CSO) in Ghana, is searching for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Executive Director.

As the Executive Director of GII, you will play a crucial role in shaping and influencing national, international, and multinational policies on the connections between corruption and development agendas. Your expertise in governance, leadership, and anti-corruption issues will be instrumental in building partnerships and collaborating with institutions that can help address the detrimental impact of corruption on people’s well-being.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the national and global development agenda and the pivotal role of anti-corruption and good governance within it. Your networking abilities will come into play as you engage and collaborate with local and national Civil Society Organizations, bilateral and multilateral institutions, and regional and sub-regional groups.

As the administrative head of the GII Secretariat, you will efficiently and effectively manage the organization’s human and material resources. Your strong executive-level financial management experience will be crucial in fundraising and ensuring the financial stability of GII’s programs and administration.

To qualify for this position, you should possess a Master’s degree in Law, Governance, International Development, the Social and Management Sciences, or Media. Additionally, you should have a minimum of five years of continuous working experience in senior management/leadership positions, preferably within a governance-related CSO. Your proven track record in transparency and anti-corruption issues, as well as engaging with and influencing government and policy institutions, will be highly valued.

As an influential leader, you must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Your strategic planning, decision-making, and program development skills will be instrumental in successfully implementing initiatives that promote transparency and accountability.
