Job Description:

A reputable financial institution is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Direct Sales Executives to join their team across multiple branches in Accra. As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s financial products and services to potential customers. Your role will involve meeting sales targets, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the development of effective marketing and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be expected to:

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas set by the company.
• Canvas assigned territories to introduce and present company products to potential customers.
• Assist management in identifying effective marketing and pricing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of company products to potential clients.
• Contact leads and schedule appointments to effectively present and sell company products.
• Complete order forms accurately and submit them for processing in a timely manner.
• Participate in trade shows and industry-related events to enhance product visibility.
• Prepare well-structured sales proposals tailored to potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, detailing the number of sales made and prospects contacted.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of an SHS Certificate or HND in a related field.
• Considerable knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• At least one year of relevant working experience in a sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
• Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about financial products and services.
• Good organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and sales reports.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
