Job Description:

Profitroom is currently assembling a new Sales Team focused on expanding into new markets and customer segments, particularly in the Middle East, USA, and Asia, with a special emphasis on enterprise-level clients. This team, led by the Chief Growth Officer, operates with agility, akin to a startup, enabling quick pivots to adapt to market-specific needs. Responsibilities:

In the role of Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with hotel brands, groups, chains, owners, and management companies to secure and expand our enterprise client base.
  • Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, managing the complex sales cycle, and taking full ownership of deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of key customers while actively identifying new prospects.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches, and demonstrations to drive awareness and adoption of Profitroom solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective account plans.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on hospitality tech sales, preferably in enterprise sales or hotel groups.
  • A sales hunter mentality, demonstrated by a track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a history of successfully closing enterprise-class deals.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality tech and hospitality business landscape.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot is preferred.
