An exciting opportunity awaits a National Service Person to contribute to various administrative tasks and support daily operations within a dynamic company. The role involves assisting in business development initiatives, managing social media platforms, contributing to content creation, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Duties and Responsibilities:

The National Service Person will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business development ideas to foster growth.
  • Assisting in finance-related processes when required.
  • Managing the company’s social media platforms to enhance online presence.
  • Participating in content writing for marketing purposes (articles, newsletters, etc.).
  • Monitoring the company’s website and providing feedback on improvements.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including responding to calls and drafting correspondence.
  • Assisting with statutory processes and administration to ensure compliance.
  • Utilizing social media and the company’s website for advertising.
  • Participating in pre-selection and shortlisting of candidates for non-managerial roles.
  • Conducting research on assigned tasks/projects and providing timely feedback.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engaging in training programs as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to add value to the company.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant knowledge in data entry, data organization, and survey implementation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Smart, eloquent, and well-presented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in written and oral English; additional competence in French is advantageous.
