With a proven curriculum and a track record of success, we have empowered over 300 mentees to secure lucrative software engineering positions at renowned companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Bloomberg, IBM, Twitch, and Google. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Sales Expert to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in placing Coachable students in software engineering roles paying $100,000+.

Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Sales Expert at Coachable, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying Job Opportunities:
  • Reviewing student resumes and skillsets to identify potential job matches.
  • Proactively researching and understanding hiring needs and requirements of companies.
  1. Building and Maintaining Relationships:
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with companies to gain insights into their hiring needs.
  • Collaborating with employers to align our students’ skills and experience with their requirements.
  1. Student Placement:
  • Matching our students with companies based on their skills, experience, and salary expectations.
  • Ensuring a smooth coordination of interviews and providing support throughout the hiring process.
  1. Resume and Profile Enhancement:
  • Utilizing your sales expertise to critique student resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant information.
  • Offering insights and suggestions to make our students more appealing to prospective employers.
  1. Sales Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintaining a sales tracker to monitor the progress of company interactions and student placements.

Requirements: To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in outside or high-ticket sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for delivering a positive candidate and company experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote role.

Compensation and Benefits: This role will begin with a commission-only trial period, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance. The expected full-time compensation ranges from $80,000 to $200,000, combining base salary and commission, after the trial period.
