As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will engage with donors and prospective donors, update them on our clients’ important work, and seek their financial support.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with donors and prospective donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner, strengthening the connection between non-profit organizations and donors.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, with preference given to telephone fundraising experience.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet, interruption-free workspace at home.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent is a significant advantage.
• Full-time positions only.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates ranging from $15 to $16 per hour for 40-hour shifts (depending on schedule).
• Top performers can earn additional bonuses of $8 to $12 per hour, bringing the total potential compensation to $20 to $30 per hour. In 2021, MDS paid our agents $676,000 in performance bonuses.
