Division: Finance & Services Department: Financial Planning Location: Accra Position: Supervisory Contractor, Financial Planning & Budgeting Level: Direct Contract Reports to: Manager, Financial Planning & Budgeting

Job Summary: The Supervisory Contractor, Financial Planning & Budgeting will assist in providing financial planning support to enhance decision-making in support of the business’s strategic agenda. This includes generating forecasts, preparing budgets, assisting with strategic and financial planning initiatives, designing financial modeling systems, and maintaining procedures and systems for financial evaluation. The role also involves monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting expenditure deviations from the allocated budget, as well as performing periodic analysis of budgets and expenses.

Education:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 2 years relevant experience in the same or a similar role
• Experience in Telecom Finance function is a plus

Professional/Technical competencies:

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
• Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
